Job description
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Experience in MS Intune. Creating configuration profiles, deploying software and troubleshooting. Ideally with Win11, macOS, Android and iOS. Creation of IntuneWin packages.
- Demonstratable experience working in Entra ID, managing security, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access and general administration.
- Creating, using and understanding PowerShell scripting, for example to answer complex SharePoint permission queries.
- Managing M365 modern workplace systems and associated systems. Teams Calling, Exclaimer, SharePoint.
- Networking experience. HP Aruba switches, Ubiquiti wireless, Sophos XGS firewalls. Understand VLANS, routing and complex networking.
- Creating planned changes with detailed implementation plans, testing plans and roll back / reversion planning.
- Working with ITSM tools such as Atlassian Jira.
- Experience deploying wireless infrastructure. In particular strong authentication and security.
- Working in a multi-site environment.
- Working in an environment that has implemented robust ITSM standards and an awareness of ISO27001 standards and Cyber Essentials.
How You'll Work
You'll be hands-on, collaborative and process driven, balancing multiple priorities while keeping registers and communication clear and to spec. You'll work quickly and calmly under deadlines set by the Global IT Manager, and maintain extreme attention to detail.
