Job description
As a Salesforce Admin, you will:
- Customize and Configure: Build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and reports.
- Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.
- Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using external services, plugins, and middleware.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
- Innovate: Keep up with Salesforce releases and features, recommending improvements that benefit the organization.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements

We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join our team - someone who can independently manage day-to-day admin operations and drive process improvements, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Draper, UT., * Technical Proficiency: 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Strong proficiency in declarative tools - flows, process builder, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security/permissions management.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborative: Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to train and teach other team members on basic Salesforce functions, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project.
- Innovative: Always looking for new ways to improve systems and processes.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I preferred
