Manager of Artificial Intelligence

We are partnering with an established retail organization seeking an AI DevOps / AI Operations Lead to help build and scale the operational foundation for enterprise AI initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for AI platform operations, deployment pipelines, reliability, governance, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure. The position will work closely with the Director of AI and Senior AI Architect to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude (required)
• Strong background in AI Operations, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Azure experience preferred (AWS/GCP also considered)
• Experience with AI system monitoring, governance, reliability, and cost optimization
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, observability, and operational best practices
• Experience leading technical teams and driving operational excellence
• Comfortable partnering with business stakeholders to identify and solve operational challenges
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, apparel, consumer products, or similar industries strongly preferred
