Job description
Netcom, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Systems & IT Manager to oversee and support the technology infrastructure that powers our business and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing our IT environment, ERP systems, network infrastructure, manufacturing software applications, and technology vendors while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations across the organization., * Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments.
- Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, wireless networks, and Cisco Meraki equipment.
- Support VMware/ESXi virtualization environments, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
- Provide administration and support for ERP systems, including SQL databases, reporting, integrations, and business process improvements.
- Develop and troubleshoot BAQs, SSRS reports, and ERP-related data solutions.
- Support manufacturing technology systems, production software, engineering applications, and automation platforms.
- Maintain Windows workstations, printers, NAS devices, shared storage, and other business-critical systems.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external MSPs, software vendors, cloud service providers, and technology partners.
- Assist with software development, scripting, automation initiatives, and legacy system modernization efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues across the organization.
- Maintain technical documentation and support technology-related projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VMware, and network administration.
- Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic.
- Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C++.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
