How You Will Contribute
Market / Operational Execution
- Own and support the local quota process from development through implementation and tracking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact performance.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems and tools.
- Support implementation and tracking of new tools, systems, and reporting capabilities.
Customer & Account Support
- Provide insights into sales performance, supplier opportunities, and portfolio trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities across new and legacy suppliers.
- Support pricing, promotion, and performance analysis to improve sales outcomes.
Team & Operational Support
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and field teams.
- Train team members on business intelligence tools and sales operations platforms.
- Develop and maintain training materials to support adoption and ongoing capability building.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc analysis requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and data utilization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Training material drafting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar).
- Working knowledge of SQL, CRM systems (Salesforce), and ERP platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Anaplan, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Physical & Schedule Expectations
- Primarily office-based role in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work extended hours during reporting cycles or major business initiatives when needed.
- Occasional travel to facilities or meetings as required.
Benefits & conditions
The typical total compensation range for this role is $80K-90K. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and may qualify for a discretionary bonus.
