Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support software development teams responsible for delivering construction management applications. This role requires a hands-on Agile professional who can effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive collaboration across Development and QA teams, and ensure successful execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)., * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

  • Support Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team performance and sprint goals
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and objectives
  • Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery risks
  • Promote accountability, transparency, and effective communication across cross-functional teams
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and product quality
  • Assist in release planning, dependency management, and delivery forecasting
  • Foster a collaborative environment that supports high-performing, self-organizing teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working closely with Development, QA, and Product teams
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
  • Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, and team performance
  • Knowledge of QA processes, testing practices, and software delivery workflows
  • Technical background or experience supporting engineering teams is highly preferred, The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software delivery processes, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to improve productivity, transparency, and delivery outcomes. Candidates with a technical background and experience supporting engineering organizations will be highly preferred.
