Do you have a valid Senior Professional in Human Resources certification?, Do you have experience in Workforce management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3-7 years of SAP SuccessFactors' functional consulting experience., * Proven experience supporting enterprise HR and talent management implementations.

Strong understanding of cloud-based HCM processes and workforce management practices.

Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors production environments and enhancements.

Hands-on experience configuring and supporting:

Employee Central.

Recruiting and onboarding workflows.

Performance and goal management.
-
Learning and development processes.
-
Compensation and succession planning.

Strong understanding of:

HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Workforce analytics and reporting.

Compliance and data privacy requirements.

HR process automation and self-service capabilities.

Experience with:
o SAP integration concepts.
o Functional specifications and testing documentation.
o HR data governance and security standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong business process analysis capabilities.

Ability to facilitate workshops and requirements sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
o SAP HCM.
o SAP S/4HANA integrations.
o Workforce scheduling and payroll systems.
o SAP Analytics Cloud or HR analytics tools.
o SAP Fiori applications.

Experience in public sector, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, or large enterprise environments.

Experience supporting Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Prior consulting or contractor experience in enterprise SAP environments.
Required Certifications
- Preferred certifications include one or more of the following:
o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
o SAP SuccessFactors certifications relevant to supported modules.
o HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in:
o Human Resources.
o Information Systems.
o Business Administration.
o Computer Science.
o Related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
