As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's mission to make customers love us. Your mission is to work closely with new and existing customers to configure our products to meet their needs and train their staff on how to use our software., * Remotely Train & Onboard new Customers
- Provide Technical Support via Email & Phone
- Work with Product & Engineering Teams on Customer Feedback & Product Releases
- Conduct Annual Account Reviews with Customers
Requirements
