AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.

Lead end-to-end AI initiatives-from problem definition and model development to deployment and monitoring.

Build and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI systems.

Develop and integrate LLM-powered applications, agents, and workflows.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

Architect APIs, microservices, and AI infrastructure for production environments.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

Drive AI best practices, model governance, and continuous improvement.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

5-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.

Strong expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

Proven experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or related AI domains.

Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

Experience with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and microservices.

Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments at scale.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
