- Provide front-line technical support by responding to service tickets and in-person requests for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, Active Directory, Office365, network connectivity, printing, and file-sharing problems.
- Image, deploy, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, iPads, and other end-user devices.
- Support new hire onboarding by setting up user accounts, assigning permissions, and configuring equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, scanners, and other IT peripherals while partnering with the IT team to resolve more complex technical issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT infrastructure?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting desktop and infrastructure services.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC imaging, and basic IP networking.
- Experience working within an IT ticketing environment and managing multiple service requests in a fast-paced setting.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Apple devices, including iPads and iPhones, with knowledge of iOS profile management and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting printers and peripheral devices; familiarity with Zebra, Honeywell, and HP laser printers is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting users in pharmacy, warehouse, manufacturing, or other operational environments is highly preferred.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, or related certifications are a plus, but practical experience is valued above formal certifications.
- Candidates should be self-starters with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to provide occasional evening or weekend support when business needs require.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success and delivering exceptional end-user support.
