The Install Associate (Tier 1) is responsible for assisting with furniture assembly, product installation, site preparation, and project execution while working under the guidance of experienced installers and crew leaders. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and building technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates take pride in producing quality work, protecting customer property, and maintaining a professional appearance at all job sites.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and related products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Load, unload, transport, and stage installation materials.
- Follow installation plans, instructions, and company procedures.
- Assist with project setup, execution, and completion.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition.
- Complete job documentation and paperwork accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
- Follow all company safety standards and jobsite requirements., * Read plans and specifications.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges.
- Assist with project planning and customer communication.
- Train and support newer team members.
Tier 3 - Install Lead
- Lead installation crews and projects.
- Coordinate project logistics and execution.
- Serve as the primary customer contact on-site.
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and safety expectations are met.
- Develop and mentor future installers and team leaders.

Requirements

- Experience using hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Ability to read basic assembly instructions and installation documents.
- Valid Driver License with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
