Job description

We are seeking a Network Field Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure at client and company sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network devices, connectivity troubleshooting, and on-site technical support., * Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless devices.

  • Perform on-site network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure optimal connectivity.
  • Document network configurations and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Experience with network installation and support.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus.
