Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives., * Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Develop detailed requirements and ensure clear communication with relevant teams.
  • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • User-Centric Focus: Ensure the product meets customer needs by continuously gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure the success of new features and improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business and technical requirements., * Basic technical knowledge such as:
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, or basic software architecture concepts
  • Ability to read or discuss simple technical documentation or code snippets
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), including exposure to AI strategy, product ideation, and/or implementation of AI-driven features (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, or automation tools)
  • Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into product roadmaps, including identifying high-value use cases and working with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and model performance considerations in a product development context
