• Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic
• environment.
• Have led on creation, consensus and roll-out of new program, planning and development
• processes., * Strong Agile experience and background. Both as a participant and a driver.*
• High level of immediacy and ownership with the ability to prioritize effectively and make
