CRM Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Commercial Systems Consultant for a hands-on contract opportunity supporting enterprise commercial technology platforms in the pharmaceutical industry.

This role will focus on designing, building, enhancing, and supporting CRM, marketing, and patient/customer solutions across regulated environments. The ideal candidate is highly technical, independent, and experienced delivering end-to-end commercial system solutions from design through production support., * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Configure and enhance CRM, marketing, and service platforms
• Support integrations, APIs, and data flows across systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Support testing, deployments, documentation, and user training
• Ensure compliance within regulated pharma environments

• 8+ years of commercial systems experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM/Promomats and Salesforce
• Experience supporting regulated pharmaceutical environments preferred
• Proven ability to independently deliver technical solutions

Preferred Experience:

• Adobe platforms
• Model N and Eversana
• Integration tools and middleware technologies
