Job description

Job duties: Design, develop, and maintain software components for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform, including API configurations, microservice extensions, and integrations with ERP, TMS, and OMS systems. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and implementation in alignment with Manhattan's cloud-native framework. Lead technical initiatives by applying advanced computer science and distributed systems principles to address warehouse execution challenges, optimize operational workflows, and improve overall system performance. Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for MAWM customizations to ensure reliable deployment of configuration updates, integrations, and custom microservices. Develop and maintain MAWM data models, data architecture, and database operations, including managing data flows, event streams, and ensuring data integrity across warehouse operations. Provide production support by diagnosing and resolving complex issues across inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor management workflows to maintain system stability and reliability. Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve platform scalability, observability, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, and automation. Mentor junior developers on MAWM configuration, integration frameworks, extension methodologies, and software development best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, propose technical solutions, and implement enhancements that strengthen warehouse operations and platform functionality.
