Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (Wright-Patterson AFB, OH - Onsite)

This position will provide senior-level cybersecurity leadership and advisory services supporting the National Space Intelligence Center Space Force Intelligence Facility (SFIF) Military Construction (MILCON) project. The selected candidate will serve as the lead cybersecurity subject matter expert responsible for secure information technology infrastructure planning, Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, cybersecurity architecture integration, and classified information system accreditation supporting the facility's operational mission., * Experience supporting Intelligence Community organizations.

• Experience supporting DIA accredited facilities.
• Experience supporting TS/SCI operational environments.
• Experience supporting SCIF information technology infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Experience supporting Air Force, Space Force, NASIC, or NSIC organizations.
• Experience supporting military construction (MILCON) projects.
• Experience supporting cross-domain solutions and secure communications architectures.
• Experience supporting facility commissioning and operational activation activities., * Serve as the cybersecurity lead supporting the NSIC SFIF Project Delivery Team.
• Provide cybersecurity architecture guidance for classified and unclassified information systems.
• Support development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate RMF activities and accreditation documentation.
• Support ATO package development and submission activities.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into facility design, construction, testing, and activation.
• Coordinate with government cybersecurity officials, accrediting authorities, and mission stakeholders.
• Assess cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support cybersecurity compliance reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Assist in planning secure IT infrastructure supporting NSIC mission requirements.
• Support operational transition and activation of information technology systems.
• Immediately report cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and risks impacting project execution.

Do you have experience in Working on construction projects?, * Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

• Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility and any required SAP access., * Minimum 12 years of cybersecurity and information assurance experience.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
• Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and accreditation activities.
• Experience supporting classified information systems and networks.
• Experience supporting secure network architecture design and implementation.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity requirements within DoD environments.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity requirements into facility design and construction efforts.
• Experience coordinating with Authorizing Officials, Security Control Assessors, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance assessments and inspections.
• Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)., * Cybersecurity: 10 years (Required)
• secure network architecture design: 3 years (Required)
