Pega Expert Developer

Within the scope of the project, two Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) were developed using the Pega platform.

The focus of the current call-off is on the operation and optimization of these MVPs.

Special emphasis is placed on fast and high-quality implementation, as well as the efficient translation of functional requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

Furthermore, the call-off also includes the performance of requirement management. During development, pair programming should not only drive the development of the MVPs forward but also build up knowledge and expertise within the Federal Employment Agency (BA).

Mandatory:

Specialized knowledge: Pega development and optimization, requirement elicitation

Basic knowledge: Pair Programming

Optional:

Basic knowledge of Python 3.x (from version 3.10), including object-oriented programming, type annotations (Type Hints), comprehensions, generators, decorators, and asynchronous programming (asyncio).

Basic knowledge in the development of REST APIs, preferably with FastAPI or Flask, including basic understanding of HTTP, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
