Supply Digital, Automation & AI Analyst

Position: Supply Digital, Automation & AI Analyst Experience: 3-5 years of experience in automation, digital solution development, or applied AI Chemo is the industrial division of Insud Pharma, a leading company across the pharmaceutical value chain, with strong expertise in scientific research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms (FDFs). In this role, we are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and experience in automation, digital development, and business-applied artificial intelligence, who is eager to drive the digital transformation of the Supply area through scalable, efficient, and data-driven solutions. We are looking for a technical, analytical, and execution-oriented professional, with the ability to understand operational processes and turn them into robust, maintainable, and scalable digital solutions within the Supply area. Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions aimed at eliminating manual tasks, reducing execution times, and minimizing operational errors. Integrate information sources, business logic, and user interaction flows into high-impact digital solutions. Design and develop internal applications and agentic dashboards using React and FastAPI. Improve user experience, facilitate operations, and accelerate decision-making in Supply processes. Extract, transform, and structure data from different systems and sources, ensuring information quality, traceability, and consistency. Contribute to the development of integrations between tools, systems, and data sources through connectors, APIs, and programmatic logic. Collaborate in defining simple architectures for automation, analytics, and applied AI within the Supply environment. Propose continuous improvements to existing solutions, optimizing performance, usability, governance, and business adoption. University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data, Telecommunications, or a related field. ~3-5 years of experience in automation, digital solutions, or applied AI. ~ Python, SQL, React, FastAPI, Power Automate, Power Query, APIs, scripting, or similar. ~ Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, low-code/no-code tools, and cloud services. ~ Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reusable solution design. ~ Strong programming skills applied to automation, data processing, integrations, and business use cases. ~ Experience developing internal web applications, operational interfaces, or interactive dashboards. ~ Ability to work with multiple data sources, structure information, and turn it into useful business solutions. ~ Experience in end-to-end process automation, from input capture and execution logic to validations, outputs, and monitoring. ~ Knowledge of Supply Chain processes such as Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Launches, Designs, and Customer Service. ~ Experience in digital transformation projects within operational environments.
