Agile Coach

This role involves working with executive leaders across the organization up to the portfolio level, providing expert guidance on leading an Agile transformation. The Agile Coach will serve as a key consultant on enterprise-level Agile practices and processes, helping leadership successfully implement and manage concepts within a Lean Agile framework., * Provide knowledge, architecture, and expertise around enterprise Lean Agile processes

• Coach executive leadership on how to successfully lead and manage Agile concepts at an enterprise level
• Guide and facilitate an ongoing Agile transformation for leaders from the team to the portfolio level
• Serve as an individual contributor to coordinate and coach leaders within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach working with executive leaders
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
