Java Developer / DevOps Engineer

· Manage client connectivity setup and FIX-related changes.

· Support and enhance trading applications and platforms.

· Work with business users, vendors, and development teams on new initiatives.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

· Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.

· Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

· Experience in Equities Trading domain (Cash Equity, Derivatives, Algo, DMA, High Touch/Low Touch Trading).

· Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol, FIX Engines, and Drop Copy flow.

· Experience with ULLink client connectivity and order routing platforms.

· Application/Production Support experience in Front Office Trading environments.

· Linux and Windows administration experience.

· Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl.

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

· Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and system enhancement experience.

· Financial Services/Capital Markets industry experience preferred.
