Job description

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI architecture, cloud platforms, and modern AI frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure AI-driven applications., * Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead the implementation of LLM-powered applications using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models.
  • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and knowledge management solutions.
  • Define AI governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance business capabilities.
  • Design and implement AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering strategies, and orchestration workflows.
  • Establish monitoring, observability, and responsible AI practices for production deployments.
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern API/microservices architectures.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles., * Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale AI architectures in regulated environments.
  • Relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus.
