Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Top Secret Cleared) to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

We are seeking cleared Senior Solutions Architects to lead enterprise architecture, technical solution design, modernization, and integration activities for classified and sensitive IT environments supporting law enforcement, national security, and criminal justice programs within the National Security Business Unit. The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a senior technical advisor responsible for translating mission needs into secure, scalable, practical, and cost-effective solutions aligned with approved architectures, security requirements, operational constraints, and long-term modernization objectives.

The Senior Solutions Architect will provide enterprise architecture and technical solution leadership for classified and sensitive IT environments supporting law enforcement, national security, and criminal justice programs. This role is responsible for translating mission needs into secure, scalable, practical, and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with approved architectures, security standards, operational requirements, and modernization objectives. The Senior Solutions Architect will also support National Security Business Unit growth by shaping modernization concepts, identifying value-added services, contributing to capture and proposal solutioning, and translating emerging mission requirements into actionable technical opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop secure enterprise architectures, solution designs, roadmaps, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
  • Translate mission, business, security, and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Support infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, cloud/hybrid, endpoint, service management, and mission application initiatives.
  • Facilitate design reviews, architecture discussions, trade studies, and technical decision-making.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess gaps in current systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and operationally sustainable.
  • Mentor engineers, developers, cybersecurity staff, and technical leads on architecture and solution delivery.
  • Develop reusable patterns, documentation practices, and technical standards.
  • Support account growth, modernization planning, proposal development, and technical solutioning for new requirements.

Salary Range: $165,000-$185,000

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; TS/SCI preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture, systems engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, or cloud/hybrid experience.
  • Experience designing secure solutions for complex enterprise or mission environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, lifecycle management, technical documentation, and operational sustainment.
  • Ability to communicate technical approaches to executive, mission, and engineering audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through design, planning, implementation, and modernization activities.

Desired Skills

  • CISSP, Security+, AWS, Azure, VMware, architecture, cloud, or related certification.
  • Experience with Zero Trust, DevSecOps, cloud/hybrid architecture, VDI, secure enclaves, continuous authorization, or enterprise modernization.
  • Experience supporting classified, law enforcement, national security, criminal justice, defense, or intelligence environments.
  • Experience supporting capture, proposal solutioning, account growth, or technical strategy development.
