How can AI be utilized to enhance the P-O-Fit and consequently strengthen employee retention?

In today’s job market, a shift in values is being recognized, with talents increasingly focusing on so-called "soft facts“. In this context, it has been observed that the top 5 satisfaction factors are cultural and value-based.

This session explores how AI can be leveraged to consider individual factors in the recruitment process, aligning more closely with the needs of both parties, candidates, and companies. In addition, to enhancing the person-organization fit, exploration is also conducted on how AI can assist in ensuring a discrimination-free selection process.
