We will take a look at two professions that deeply shape where and how AI seeps into society and affects people's everyday life: developers and journalists. Both have the privilege to determine where people will encounter AI to what extent in the upcoming years. By doing that, they also profoundly shape what is perceived to be acceptable and where an ethical line is drawn in society. So what responsibility does each profession have regarding the transformation into an AI-culture? Where does ist start and end for the individual person just trying to do their job? ## Speaker ### [Fanny Jimenez](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@fanny-jimenez) Chief of Staff at Business Insider Deutschland ## Related talks at this congress - [Rethinking Recruiting: What you didn’t know about Responsible AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/426-rethinking) — Jaap Kersten, Vincent Slot - [The AI Elections: How Technology Could Shape Public Sentiment](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/26-the-ai-elections-how) — Martin Förtsch, Thomas Endres - [Bringing AI Everywhere](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/149-bringing-ai) — Stephan Gillich - [Responsible AI in Practice: Real-World Examples and Challenges](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/421-responsible-ai-in) — Björn Bringmann, Mina Saidze, Ray Eitel-Porter, Steffen Bosse
