## Description

The modern world places demands on our bodies that they were not made for. In the past 200 years, the environment in which we live has changed faster than in thousands of years. Our bodies can only adapt very slowly to an environment in which movement is often no longer necessary to survive.
But there are ways to give the body what it needs. In this short presentation by EGYM Wellpass, you can find out what obstacles stand in the way and how to overcome them, what influence companies can have on them and how this leads to happier employees.
There will also be a short opportunity to get some exercise between the many sessions.
