What does it take to turn female talent into happy employees and retain them in the long term? Melanie Wagner, Country Manager DACH at HiBob, will address this question in her session. 

She will present the results of this year's "Women in Workplace" study by HiBob, address current HR topics and derive recommendations for action based on them.
