Hans Henrik Groth has a background as HR Director within Tech in Denmark and have worked 20 years with IT Nearsoring and Offshoreing from Pakistan, Ukraine and Egypt.
In the past 15 years Hans Henrik have build up a Delivery center in Cairo – a overlooked Tech hub education 50.000 IT candidates a year.  The operation is runed based on Scandinavian Management.
