My methods involve one strategic secret, overcoming FOMO and the consistent use of a famous tomato. ## Speaker ### [Theresa Scholten (born Lankes)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@theresa-scholten-born-lankes) Facilitator and Agile Coach ## Related talks at this congress - [Let’s game it out – The art of turning a boring task into fun for everyone](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/150-let-s-game-it-out) — Jonas Scholten - [Supercharge Your Developer Journey with Tiny Atomic Habits](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/208-supercharge-your) — Natan Silnitsky - [Remote Mob Programming - At home, but not alone](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/47-remote-mob) — Joshua Töpfer - [Stay: Surviving and Thriving in Tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2024/sessions/216-stay-surviving-and) — Brenda Romero
