## Description

We're at the beginning of the AI technology wave that will be very big, and happen very fast. The businesses that survive will reimagine how they build, sell, and market based on AI-first principles. In this talk Intercom's Chief Product Officer Paul Adams will walk you through the new ways of working and building software in the AI era. He'll offer practical tips and lessons learned from helping reinvent Intercom from a 13 year old incumbent who ripped up its existing strategy and processes  to transform into an AI-native company.
