## Description

Many companies claim to value inclusion, but the reality often falls short. Employees are still expected to hide parts of themselves whether it’s mental health struggles, neurodiversity, or personal challenges. Despite the focus on diversity, many workplaces aren't ready for real authenticity.

In this session, we’ll explore how HR leaders and developers can move beyond good intentions to create true, lasting change. We’ll focus on the how: shifting from surface-level policies to fostering a culture of empathy, support, and vulnerability. Learn how to break down stigma, normalise tough conversations, and build an inclusive environment where people can bring their full selves to work.

This isn’t just about talking inclusion it’s about creating workplaces where authenticity is welcomed and inclusion is woven into the culture.
