Ever wondered what it truly means to be part of the developer tribe? Join us for a humorous and honest dive into the quirks, habits, and rituals that define developer culture—from the endless quest for the perfect mechanical keyboard and the stickers that transform our laptops into personal billboards, to the all-too-familiar syndrome of Friday deployments. But it's not all fun and RGB lights. We'll also explore the challenges that come with being a developer, like gatekeeping, burnout, and the pressure to keep up in an ever-evolving industry.

In this talk, we'll uncover why we do the good, the bad, and the nerdy—what drives our passion for code, why we push ourselves to the brink, and how a unique sense of community brings us together, despite our differences.
