The growth mindset embraces challenges, sees effort as the path to mastery, and believes in the potential for development. In contrast, the fixed mindset assumes abilities are set in stone, limiting both personal and team growth. When it comes to working with hiring teams, adopting the right mindset can significantly improve collaboration. Furthermore, when providing feedback, using a growth mindset means delivering it in a positive, constructive way. I will present "honour your senses"techniques. ## Speaker ### [Inna Busnita](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@inna-busnita) Head of Talent Acquisition ## Related talks at this congress - [Breaking the Hardware Mindset: Overcoming Barriers to System-Level Innovation](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/908-breaking-the) — Réka Leisztner - [Code meets Culture: Engineering the Future of Hiring](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/806-code-meets-culture) — Sophie Okonkwo - [HR & Tech: Why can't we be friends?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/674-hr-tech-why-can-t-we) — Sibila Erdei - [Successful talent development in tech: A joint journey of executives and talents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/650-successful-talent) — Alexander Weißhaupt, Stefan Menschner, Tabitha Kleine, Vanessa Zellien
