## Description

Based on labor market data, not only the need for AI expertise and AI tools within HR departments is determined in various steps. Above all, it is also about the target groups' view of the use of AI in the application process - both on the part of the companies and in their own use. This results in great pressure to act, especially on the part of HR departments, which above all requires that AI applications and scenarios are understood by HR managers. The data presented in the session comes from one of the largest long-term studies on the subject of talent acquisition in Germany.
