In 2023, we introduced the Architecture Communication Canvas (ACC) to the world at the WeAreDevelopers World Congress. Two years, countless workshops, and many canvases later, we're back to share the lessons we've learned, the challenges we’ve faced, and how the ACC has changed how teams approach architecture documentation.

From bridging communication gaps between development teams and stakeholders to structuring discussions about complex architectures, the ACC has proven its value – but not without a few surprises along the way. In this talk, we’ll share practical insights into the ACC's application across diverse domains, industries, and team setups.
