## Description

Leadership is a muscle to grow and development, and a very important one at that. It starts before you even become a leader - and, most are not very good leaders on the first try - you have to fail to learn, and keep growing. As a leader, that growing never stops. You’re faced with new challenges every day: whether from your team and work, the global or outside environment, your own self, and everything in between. And, how you show up has a direct impact to your team and organisation culture. This talk will dive in here, and highlight ‘self-improvement’ as a critical tool in your leadership toolbox.
