## Description

In this session, we address the challenges of making company values and strategies tangible for employees. Often, these remain abstract, as empty slogans or wall decals. Culture Dive creates a digital, interactive experience where employees share their own anecdotes and perspectives on company values, bringing them to life in an authentic way. Instead of top-down directives, a space for mutual exchange and learning is created. We will show how employee engagement can be increased and how companies can boost not only productivity but also profits. At the end, the Culture Dive tool will be introduced – an innovative solution that makes values and culture truly experienceable.
