## Description

Henkel is adopting AI and agent-based systems to enhance internal operations and customer experiences. With its RAQN platform, Henkel explores use cases like product recommendations and customer care. In this presentation the joint team will share their learnings on building composable, cloud-native architecture and for building agents powered by open source technology on Azure.
