In this session, we’ll explore how employee satisfaction surveys, particularly within the Great Place to Work (GPTW) framework, help us understand the specific needs of tech teams. We’ll highlight the main issues developers encounter, the actions we took to improve our survey results, and the real impact of these changes. We’ll also share best practices for turning survey data into meaningful improvements - creating a better work culture, supporting mental health, and providing employees with a greater sense of purpose. ## Speaker ### [Pauline Pagliaro](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@pauline-pagliaro) denkwerk GmbH ## Related talks at this congress - [Building a Thriving Web Development Community in a Large Tech Company](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/598-building-a-thriving) — Jonathan Carle, Linda Bopp - [Transforming Developer Experience: Lessons from Building a Platform Team](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/648-transforming) — Tobias Mende - [We Are Developers: Inside the Tribe of Code, Keyboards, and Community](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/556-we-are-developers) — Francesco Napoletano - [HR & Tech: Why can't we be friends?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2025/sessions/674-hr-tech-why-can-t-we) — Sibila Erdei
