## Description

Introducing test automation to your project is not an easy feat, this is why failing to implement test automation projects or ending out in a loop of trying different tools, tend to be the common experience for many teams trying to implement test automation.

This talk will focus on the general pitfalls when trying to implement automation, the return on investment you can expect, and how you can sell automation to other stakeholders. It will also include real-life case scenarios of implementing automation successfully and unsuccessfully.
