## Description

Some people just always seem to be more successful than others - why is that? We look at facts from psychology research that explain what makes extraordinary success possible. Small spoiler: Diligence and competence are important, but not decisive. 
Why is it worth taking a look at this session? Three reasons: first, to understand why you are exactly where you are in your career, second, to reflect on what success means to you personally - and third, to take away concrete ideas to advance your career (if you want to) that you can implement immediately.
