## Description

At INTERSPORT, we are tackling the common challenges of digital transformation—moving from fragmented, loosely connected systems to a seamlessly integrated digital ecosystem for our retailers.
Building such an ecosystem requires a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of business processes.
Using a real-world example, we’ll walk through our approach—how we iterated quickly, identified inefficiencies, and used data-driven insights to create and validate hypotheses. We’ll also showcase the technologies we leveraged for prototyping and learning.
Additionally, we’ll highlight the crucial role of user research in ensuring that our solutions align with real-world needs.
