## Description

How to nail any interview. Talk for developers to get better at presenting themselves and preparing for the interviews. Real tips, best practices and behind the scenes insights that will help developers to become better at searching for the job or getting a promotion. 

Let Alla demystify recruiter behaviours for you. 
Last year I had a line of developers for 1 hour asking me more questions what they can and can't do for CVs, how to talk about gaps in CV or how to negotiate salary with recruiters. Main takeaways will be: practical tips on presenting yourself and successfully bypass recruiters. Recruiters should not be allowed to this session, as I will give away our secrets :-)
