APIs are the connective tissue of our digital world — powering everything from e-commerce and finance to travel and AI-driven automation (oh, and yes—critical for our AI transformation). Over the past 20 years, we’ve seen massive innovation, but also critical failures — single points of failure, brittle integrations, and cascading outages that have disrupted millions. As we move forward, how can we ensure that our APIs are evolvable, maintainable, and resilient in an increasingly complex landscape?
