A five-person team at Yubo, the Gen Z social app, runs one of the most scalable software infrastructures for over 80 million users across more than 100 countries, giving new meaning to ‘running lean.’ By harnessing ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation templating, Yubo has maximized engineering efficiency under CTO Arthur Patora. His session will dive into Yubo’s DevOps philosophy: why automation is essential but not universal; how GitOps streamlines deployments; and how database self-service unlocks speed without sacrificing control.
