## Description

Football teams can only win (or lose) a game together. Everyone in the team is focused on winning and scoring goals. Anyone can score a goal, though each player has a defined role—the chances of scoring a goal increase when the ball is passed. Great teams make mistakes too. They also continue to train hard and learn even after they have won. 
Using the analogy of a football team, this keynote explores collective leadership and its role in fostering innovation and managing teams in volatile times. Collective leadership is not just another management hype; it is an understanding of leadership that seeks to fully leverage the potential of human ability by emphasizing social relations and interaction. 
The speaker is the author of the book 'Thriving in Disruption'.
