Builders (PMs, Engineers, Designers) hold more power than ever before and, therefore, carry a level of responsibility. We aren't just shipping code; we’re rewiring how people think and feel. 
This session is a call to explore how to take this responsibility seriously by designing tools that empower users to achieve their goals and by implementing a human-first, builder's mindset.
