In this keynote, we’ll explore how to design and architect this new layer of intelligence so products don’t just respond, but think and act alongside their users.

Building on the ideas behind Human × Intelligent and the age of agency, this session introduces a practical framework for designing intelligent behavior. You’ll learn how reasoning flows work, how to shape decision loops, how to define boundaries and guardrails, how to create transparent AI actions and how to build trust into evolving systems. You will also understand how these concepts fit within the broader product experience and product strategy landscape, ensuring teams can make intelligent systems that are not only powerful, but usable, aligned and strategically sound.
