# From Training to Adoption: Engineering a GenAI Learning Product That Sticks

The shelf-life of a GenAI tutorial is now measured in weeks, not years. This reality makes traditional corporate training models, like static video courses or one-off workshops, completely obsolete. Whether you are an Engineering Lead, a Product Owner, or a Developer advocating for better tools, you face the same critical challenge: How do you keep a heterogeneous team aligned on a technology stack that changes every Monday morning?

In this session, I present my blueprint for sustainable AI upskilling that scales across roles. Drawing from my experience designing university certificate programs and managing enterprise GenAI rollouts, I demonstrate how to treat learning material exactly like a software product. We will focus on building a solid curriculum that helps your team actually understand and use these tools in their daily work.

You will learn how to design training modules as interchangeable blocks, allowing you to patch your curriculum instantly when new models are released. I will introduce the concept of LearningOps: applying DevOps principles to education. Crucially, we will discuss the shift from passive consumption to hands-on learning. 

Whether you are upskilling developers on Agentic AI or enabling business stakeholders to use RAG, this session offers a scalable framework. You will leave with a strategy to turn training from a compliance task into a continuous integration pipeline for your team's skills.
