The nature and amount of data poses several challenges for a small team of developers. In this talk we will provide some learnings during our search for solutions of typical problems in this kind of setting: high data ingestion rate, aggregation of data on the fly, reliable cold storage, on-line filtering of GPS data, handling the dynamic relationship of vehicles and trailers, to name a few. ## Speaker ### [Thorsten Riess](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@thorsten-riess) System Architect at traconiq ## Related talks at this congress - [Challenges and Solutions for Efficient, Large-Scale Video Analysis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe-virtual-stage/sessions/1511-challenges-and) — Magne Johansen - [When React Meets Reality: Building a Real-Time Control Room for Autonomous Vehicles](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe-virtual-stage/sessions/1642-when-react-meets) — Mykhailo Naumenko - [Enabling intelligent logistics automation: home-grown Industrial IoT platform at Austrian Post](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe-virtual-stage/sessions/1532-enabling-intelligent) — Lukas Alber - [Tomb rAIder: AI Search with Kotlin](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe-virtual-stage/sessions/1629-tomb-raider-ai) — Dmytro Kurets
